As she spoke, an elderly lady with graying hair entered the carriage with unsteady steps. Ma rushed to her side, assisting the woman to her seat.

"It's also a part of our job. We often encounter elderly passengers who require special attention and care, especially during the travel rush," Ma said.

Ma, who comes from a strong police background, has a deep family imprint. She gained a profound understanding of the police profession and aspired to pursue a meaningful career that helps others. After graduating from the Liaoning Police College with a major in criminal investigation, she chose to become a railway police officer.
